This past year has been an exploration of colour through abstract art.

I bought a vintage midcentury modern Danish chair to curl up and read in during lockdown. This sparked a curiosity about the midcentury modern art movement.

I gave this art movement’s use of geometric shapes and colour my own contemporary twist, and allowed the colours of the seasons and the places I have travelled to this year into my work.
